Syntron® Solid Mount Linear Drives

As parts discharge from a vibratory bowl feeder, maintaining a consistent feed rate and precise part positioning is critical. The Syntron® Solid Mount Linear Drive provides controlled horizontal vibration to smoothly convey oriented parts from the feeder bowl to the next stage of the automation process.

The solid-mount design minimizes unwanted track movement and whipping, helping maintain precise track alignment, consistent part positioning, and reliable feeding throughout the production process.

Easy to Tune. Built for Stability.

Syntron® Solid Mount Linear Drives provide ample power to accommodate a wide range of linear feed tracks. Their substantial base weight relative to the track makes tuning simple while providing excellent long-term tuning stability.

These drives can accommodate various track lengths and weights, making them a versatile solution for parts feeding, assembly, packaging, inspection, and automated manufacturing systems.
